I take it you know the basics of CSS and HTML and want to go further.
What are the basics? Well these tricks are pretty simple, but I mean that you can write html and css without imagining you are getting into deep programming. You probably have your own website you are working on and want to know how to take your pages further in design without getting into a lot of coding.
At the same time, I am not going to shy away from writing CSS or HTML — and neither should you — to achieve the effects you want.
In my list of links for additional resources, w3schools.com is the first port of call and a regular standby. If you have any doubts about your abilities in webcoding, go there immediately and refresh your memory.
I can also recommend their w3.css tutorial, which provides you with templates for pages and coding examples that will do lots of complex things with pages very easily. You might want to take a look at its offerings before going any further here.
